The room was absolutely mind-blowing, spacious, and super clean. The breakfast cooked by our amazing host was jaw-droppingly delicious. The suburban neighborhood was a nice change of pace, and the 15-minute walk to the center was totally worth it. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even arranging a hiking trip for us. The homely atmosphere, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom made us feel right at home. The hearty breakfast and welcome drink were a pleasant surprise. an incredible experience!

The hosts of the guest house were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. They were always ready to offer tea, coffee, and fruits, and although English communication was sometimes challenging, they made a genuine effort to understand and help us. the guest house also provided transportation options to various attractions, such as the Prometheus Cave and canyons, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. the breakfast served was delicious and varied, offering a range of hot and cold dishes. the guest house's location, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the city center, allowed for a peaceful stay.
Felt super comfortable, nothing to complain about.

The rooms at Sisi Guest House are super cozy with a nice city view from some units! I loved that our room had a washing machine and a kitchen, it made our stay so convenient. The double room we stayed in had a tea/coffee maker, perfect for starting our mornings right. The twin/double room had a balcony, it was nice to soak up the fresh air.
Personally, I didn't really enjoy the bidet in the private bathroom, but some might find it helpful.

The Sisi Guest House is a delightful little gem in Kutaisi, ideal for seniors like myself. The decoration in the guest house is lovely, with cozy and comfortable rooms. The communal lounge and kitchen area, complete with air conditioning, made me feel right at home. The accessibility of the guest house is excellent, with a short 5-minute walk to the Kutaisi 1 railway station and a bus stop nearby. This made it easy for me to explore the city and its attractions. It was wonderful to have such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during my stay.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to ensure that new guests arriving at night are mindful and considerate of the other guests. The noise can sometimes be disruptive and wake us up.

Can't fault anything about it.

Air conditioning: The room was as cool as a cucumber even on the hottest days, providing respite from the Georgian summer heat.
Language barrier: Occasionally, there were instances where communication proved challenging due to limited English proficiency on both sides.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in a quiet and green area, just 10 minutes from the center. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The best part was the incredible breakfast prepared by the lovely lady who runs the show. She even organized a transfer to the airport at 4 in the morning. Highly recommend this place!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The room at Sisi Guest House was fantastic, with a private bathroom and free toiletries. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom to be unnecessary. But others might appreciate it.

During my recent transit in Kutaisi, I had the opportunity to stay at Sisi Guest House. While my stay was brief, I found two features of the guest house to be particularly noteworthy. its close proximity to the nearest airport, just 35 km away, made it incredibly convenient for me as a frequent traveler. the guest house is located a mere 500 meters from Kutaisi Train Station, making it easily accessible for those arriving by train. This made it incredibly convenient for me to continue my journey without any hassle.
There was a slight inconvenience during my stay at Sisi Guest House. There was a bit of confusion in regards to the price for airport transportation.
